Syringe is the main object of HR3000-S. It can not only inspect submerged and floating particles, heavy particles at a high accuracy, but also various kinds of cosmetic defectiveness thanks to large-diameter inspection rotor.
It can inspect not only particles inside the liquid but also cosmetic defectiveness such as scratches on bottles, particles adhered to stopper and so on. This helps customers to improve production efficiency and reduce cost of labor.
Bubble can be effectively deformed by a super-high-speed pre-spin before inspection; reducing false detection rate effectively.
Hitachi developed direct spin motor makes it possible to whirl up particles effectively even in thin-body bottles where particles are easy to stop after spin.
